Are you an experienced Negotiator/Estate Agent with a flair for sales and a passion for helping people find their dream homes? We’re looking for a dynamic, client-focused Sales Negotiator to join a leading agency team in one of their branches, including a brand new addition to their family in Tadworth. This role is perfect for someone with a background in estate agency sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving great results for clients.

Location: Epsom/Banstead/Tadworth/Ewell
Salary: £35,000 – £70,000 OTE
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the forefront of the sales process, providing expert guidance to both buyers and sellers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of properties, from initial listing to successful sale, using your market knowledge to attract the right buyers.
- Conducting property viewings, showcasing homes with enthusiasm and addressing any questions to build buyer interest.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating referrals, and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to reach fair, mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinating with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and surveyors to support a seamless sales process.
- Keeping clients informed at every stage, providing market insights, pricing advice, and regular updates.
