Due to business growth, our client is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team. Specialising in the supply of electric vehicle charging points, their mission is to connect people and businesses
with the right products.
They pride themselves in offering the highest level of customer service, building lasting relationships with clients and being able to deliver products across a wide range of manufacturers, as they offer the largest range of electric car charging points in the UK. They are committed to making the transition to electric vehicle technology simple, affordable, and accessible for all.
Salary: £24,000
Location: Caterham
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, working an 8 hours shift between 8.00am to 6.00pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be required to provide administrative support with the company’s day-to-day operational requirements.
- First point of contact for all telephone enquiries, directing calls through to relevant teams.
- Answering calls in a friendly manner and helping customers with general queries
- Completing general administration as required
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Follow up calls / emails with client regarding sent outstanding quotations
- Dealing with emails from the general inbox
- Setting up new clients on the system
- Ensuring that company stationery, stock and supplies are maintained and up to date.
- Speaking with suppliers where necessary to order stock/parts.
- Maintain and updating client records.
- Carry out all general administration duties.
Skills & attributes required:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- A strong team player who can also work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and
- Previous experience in sales administration (desirable)
- Knowledge of Hubspot CRM is preferred
