Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (experience-dependent)

Location: Redhill, with hybrid options (minimum 2 days in-office, Tues/Weds/Thurs)

Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday

Role Overview

Join the Energy Operations Team and dive into a role packed with variety and challenge. From managing communications with energy suppliers to ensuring smooth billing processes, you’ll be at the heart of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep operations running smoothly, meeting tight deadlines and service levels
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer needs are met
  • Communicate effectively across teams and with clients
  • Produce insightful monthly service performance reports
  • Test new IT system functionalities and ensure data accuracy
  • Monitor industry data and maintain its integrity for billing processes
  • Handle billing and reconciliation tasks efficiently
  • Liaise directly with customers to resolve billing issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an analytical or processdriven role, ideally in utilities (gas or electric)
  • Stellar communication skills with a customerfocused approach
  • Ownership mentality with problemsolving prowess
  • Organised, with topnotch time management skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and data manipulation skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to new challenges
  • Quick learner with a passion for teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
