We are currently recruiting for one of our clients, a successful provider of Fire Alarm & Security Systems, who have been installing Intruder Alarms, Burglar Alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV, Door Entry, Access Control and other bespoke security systems solutions in London and the home counties for over 25 years.

 

They are currently looking for an Administrator and are offering a stable, fun and professional working environment with career progression opportunities for committed and proactive candidates.

 

💰 Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 depending on experience.

📍 Location: Wallington.

🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

👏Benefits: The annual holiday entitlement is 23 days + Bank Holidays . 1 or 2 days are compulsory as the office is closed over Christmas depending on when Christmas day is.  There is no parking on site however there is plenty of parking in local roads near to the office which is free.

 

The ideal candidate must want to achieve high personal standards of and take pride in the work they carry out.

  • Previous experience in this industry or similar would be ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Initiative and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages and good all-round PC Skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Flexible, trustworthy and reliable.

 

🌟 Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be required to provide administrative support with the company’s day-to-day operational requirements. This role could be an ideal first step into the commercial world, no experience is necessary as full training will be provided or you may be looking for that next move to build on your current experience.

  • First point of contact for all telephone enquiries, directing calls through to relevant teams.
  • Receiving deliveries, post and parcels.
  • Sorting parcels and assigning to relevant active jobs.
  • Taking payments over the phone.
  • Ensuring that company stationery, stock and supplies are maintained and up to date.
  • Speaking with suppliers where necessary to order stock/parts.
  • General overall upkeep of the office/reception area.
  • Maintain and updating client records.
  • Carry out all general administration duties.
