Job Title: Administrator x 2
Salary: £10.00 – £12.21 per hour
Location: Banstead
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Our client is currently seeking x2 proactive and organised Administrators to join their team at their office based in Banstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain and update scheduling systems and databases.
- Manage client communication regarding confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Provide reminders and follow-up communications for appointments.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimise booking workflows.
- Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as required.
Skills, Qualities & Experience:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially when managing changes or cancellations.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of scheduling requests with efficiency.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Good standard of English and Maths.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in scheduling, administration, or customer service is beneficial, but not essential—full training will be provided.
