Our client is a fast-growing, technology-driven leader in energy data and services, with a legacy of over 40 years. Boasting more than 3.5k satisfied customers and a team of 300+ dedicated professionals, they are at the forefront of their industry. This exciting opportunity is based at their Bristol office.

Position: Sales Support Administrator

Salary: £22,000 to £24,000

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm

Location: Bristol Office/Hybrid (2 days in the office / 3 remote). Occasional travel to Blackpool/Horley (5/6 times per year).

What Will Your Week Look Like?

  • Support Excellence: Provide proactive assistance to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Inbox Management: Handle multiple inboxes with efficiency.
  • Customer Interaction: Qualify and direct telephone and email enquiries.
  • Order Processing: Accurately capture and process orders in our CRM, billing, and management systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in sales orders and contract processing.
  • Service Adherence: Meet all service level agreements, ensuring timely responses to orders and queries.
  • Data Management: Create and manage reports, providing accurate data in Excel or other formats.
  • Communication: Maintain a clear audit trail through proactive phone and email follow-ups.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise and participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings.

Key Attributes required:

  • Communication Skills: Precise written communication and a good telephone manner.
  • Accuracy: High accuracy in data input.
  • Experience: Proven sales administration experience in a technical environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities and a knack for solving problems.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Customer Focused: Build rapport with customers and suppliers, demonstrating a customer-first approach.
  • Team Player: Supportive, flexible, and positive attitude.
