Our client, a rapidly growing employer based in central Guildford is looking to recruit a personable, enthusiastic and hard working  Customer Account Manager to join a very successful, knowledgeable and passionate team of Sales and Support professionals.

Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 (DOE)

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9am to 6pm and Friday 9am-5pm

Benefits: 21 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing up to 25 days with service, pension, health and wellbeing programme, employee discounts, private medical insurance, store discount and onsite parking. Being a five minute walk from the town centre and train station, you are in a prime location.

This is a perfect role for someone who loves looking after customers, problem solving, and getting stuck into their networking kit.

Th role of Customer Account Manager involves understanding your customer’s needs, supporting them with tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Whether you are speaking with an electrician, installer, trader, retailer or a business Directors, you will make each customer feel like a true VIP.

You will possess a professional and confident manner when communicating with B2B customers, be customer service centric and have the ability to think laterally under pressure with attention to detail. On top of that you will present an enthusiastic, personable and engaging nature, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
